Order Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at service@mymatchhoodie.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
• Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund.

After 24 Hours

• Once your order has entered the production stage, cancellations are no longer possible.
• As our products are custom-made to your specifications, they are considered final sale after production begins.

Order Changes

• If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., design, shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible at service@mymatchhoodie.com.
• We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the production phase.

Important Notes

• Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
• If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
