We offer free shipping on all orders over $79.
For orders under $79, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.
As all of our products are custom-made to match your unique design, we require 1-3 business days to process and produce your order before shipping.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
A confirmation email with your order details will be sent immediately after your purchase.
Once shipped, your order will take approximately 8–12 business days to arrive, depending on the shipping destination. Please note:

All taxes, duties, and customs fees are fully covered by us. You will not incur any additional charges when your package arrives. We want your shopping experience to be as hassle-free as possible.
Correct Address:
Please ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there is an issue with the address, please contact us within 3 business days. After this period, we will not be able to make any changes to the shipping address.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to being undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, refused delivery), we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

Delays Beyond Our Control:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.
If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., shipping address) or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at service@mymatchhoodie.com.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package on the carrier’s website.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us.
